The Primary/Main Guest must be at least 18 years in order to check into our Holiday home.
Check-in time is 2.00 pm ( 14.00 hrs) and Check-out time is 12 pm.
Early check-in and/or late check-out is subject to availability of rooms and payment of additional charges.
It is mandatory for all Guests to present a valid original photo identity at the time of check-in. According to Government regulations, a valid original Photo ID has to be submitted at the reception by every person above the age of 18 years staying at our holiday home which matches his/her present personality. The valid original photo IDs acceptable are Driving License, Election Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport and OCI cards for foreigners. Without valid original photo identity no guest will be allowed to check in. PAN Cards are not accepted as a valid original photo ID card.
Your stay at our holiday home is inclusive only of room charges and Government Goods and Service taxes ( as applicable ) and exclusive of all other charges . All other charges are to be borne by the Guests.
All room charges (including any charges incurred towards damages/breakages ,etc have to be paid before check-out.
We regret that we do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. No refund would be applicable under such circumstances in case of mis-representation whereby the Holiday home denies check-in.
All Rights of admission are reserved and at the sole discretion of management.
All reservations/bookings of our rooms are Non-refundable.
